Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) in Doylestown, PA (18901) to provide in-home care to seniors. We offer both hourly and live-in opportunities. As a DCW, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and offering companionship and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing

• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders

• Promote client independence and engagement in daily routines

• Follow care plans and document services accurately

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience working with seniors in a DCW, HHA, or CNA role

• Reliable and verifiable professional references are required

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including live-in assignments

• Must pass all background checks, TB testing, and physical exam

• Reliable transportation is preferred
