Position: Professional Care Technician
Location: Niles, Dowagiac, Cassopolis, Marcellus, Paw Paw
Pay:$17.13 per hour

Shift:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available, 24 –32hrs/week (includes every other weekend)
Combine hours from other programs to reach up to 40 hrs. /week

About the Role:

As a Professional Caregiver, you'll be a trusted source of support for individuals who need assistance with daily living. Your presence will help the people feel safe, respected, and valued.  

In this role, you will:

• Provide personal care with dignity and empathy
• Assist with mobility, meals, hygiene, and daily routines
• Offering companionship that brightens each day
• Observe and report changes in client well‑being
• Maintain a safe, clean, and encouraging environment

Requirements:

• 18+ years old
• Compassionate, caring, and understanding
• Pass background check  
• Physical exam
• Valid driver's license
• Availability to work rotating weekends
• Maintain confidentiality (HIPAA & HITECH laws)
