    Key Details:
    Weekend and Holiday work is required 
    Shifts: 1st (8:00 am - 4:00 pm) | 2nd (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) | 3rd (12:00 am - 8:00 am)

    About the Role: As a Direct Care Worker, you'll embark on a fulfilling career assisting residents affected by traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Your responsibilities will include daily care, activity coordination, and documentation for group home/semi-independent living clients.

    What You'll Do:
    Monitor and assist clients with activities of daily living.
    Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Group Home Manager.
    Record client behaviors and responses accurately and objectively.
    Administer medications and document according to company policies.
    Provide transportation for clients to planned activities.
    Contribute to household maintenance activities as scheduled.

    REQUIREMENTS
    - High School Diploma or GED
    - Availability working across all shift times, weekends, and holidays
    - Possession of a valid driver's license
    - Successful completion of a criminal background check, motor vehicle history report and employment references
