About the Role:
Project New Generation LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker to join our team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Support clients with mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed
  • Implement individualized care plans and document progress and observations accurately
  • Assist clients with community integration, social activities, and recreational programs
  • Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or well-being to supervisors
  • Administer medications and follow health and safety protocols as directed
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment that promotes client independence and dignity
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, or a related human services field preferred
  • Valid fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain one
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
