Residential Care | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
We are looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers to support individuals in a residential setting. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities while helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in their community.

Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Provide supervision and support based on individualized service plans
Administer medications as trained and authorized
Document daily activities, behaviors, and progress
Maintain a clean and safe home environment
Support individuals with community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
Respond appropriately to medical or behavioral situations
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to provide quality care
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Employees must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts may also include holidays depending on scheduling needs.
