We’re looking for dedicated Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team in Howell.

What You Can Expect:

Starting Pay:

• $17.13/hour to start

• $17.33/hour after completing training

Position Details:

• Full-Tim or Part-time roles available (Must be able to work both shifts and weekends)

  • 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Your Role:

As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in a comfortable group home setting. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering compassionate, respectful care

• Assisting with meal prep, service, and dining

• Administering medications per guidelines

• Leading fun, interactive, and social activities

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED (must be 18 or older)

• Valid Driver’s License or State ID

• Ability to pass a background check
