Direct Support Professional:
Pay:
- Standard DSP pays $17/hour. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $17.50/hour.â¯There is also a $3,000 hiring bonus for this position.
- Awake Overnight DSP pays $17/hour. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $17.50/hour. There is also a $3,000 hiring bonus for this position.
Shifts:
- We are currently hiring for a variety of roles, both full-time and part-time.â¯
Qualifications:
- No education requirements.
- No previous experience required.
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check. Not required for overnight shifts!
- The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.
Positive Support Specialist:
Pay:
- Positive Support Specialist pays $20/hour. There is also a $2,500 hiring bonus for this position.
Shifts:

Qualifications:
- One year of working with individuals with maladaptive behavioral history and knowledge of behavior management techniques preferred.
- One year of CRS, 245D, or SCS experience.
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check.
- The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.
Work Environment:
- Residential group home setting supporting up to 4 people with identified needs
