We are seeking Direct Caregivers (Direct Support Professionals) for various departments throughout our organization:
Assisted Living Facility-Suffolk, VA
Residential Homes-Suffolk, VA
Day Support Program-Suffolk, VA

Responsibilities and Duties of Direct Support Professional:
Assisting with the implementation of consumer treatment plans
Caring for, monitoring, evaluating, and maintenance of a safe environment for individuals identified with one or more of the following:
Possession of a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable DMV record.
Experience with those that are Developmentally Disabled/Mental Health or residential setting.
Food Handlers Certification.
