Job Title: Direct Display Campaign Specialist
Location: Burbank, CA - 91502 (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Extension Possible)
Pay Range: $40/hr. - $43/hr.

Job Description:
This role supports the internal media buying team on the day-to-day execution and operations of direct display campaigns, where publisher relationships are negotiated and managed directly rather than through programmatic exchanges. The candidate will assist with executing insertion orders/contracts and setting up new vendors within the internal billing system, ensuring rates, terms, and flight details are accurately reflected.

Core responsibilities:

• Trafficking ad tags through CM360, following established naming convention protocols and 3P tagging requirements, and QA'ing campaign builds to confirm setup accuracy and proper data flow into internal dashboards.
• The candidate will monitor campaign delivery aProductst flight dates and budget spends, proactively flagging under delivery or discrepancies and working with the media buying team and publisher partners to resolve them.
• Additional responsibilities include supporting monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation, working with internal BI teams to correct data or naming issues, and assisting with billing accuracy, including invoice tracking and submission.
• The role also involves compiling and delivering campaign performance reporting to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with CM360 or similar ad servers
• Familiarity with direct publisher deals and vendor/contract processes,
• Strong attention to detail.

This is a support role embedded within a larger team, so the candidate should also be comfortable communicating campaign progress, learnings, and delivery updates to the broader marketing group.
