About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our client's team in the engineering sector. In this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems for large-scale data centers, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the Engineering Lead and Product Engineering Manager in various stages of data center projects.
- Check and approve drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and safety.
- Prepare technical requisitions for electrical systems and review vendor quotations.
- Assist in troubleshooting site installation and commissioning problems.
- Analyze electrical systems to optimize power consumption and load balancing.
- Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering and data center technologies.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase and respond to RFIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 2 to 10 years of experience in electrical design or engineering, with a focus on data center infrastructure.
- Mastery knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, PDF Editors, and ETAP.
- Operational knowledge in SAP, Solid Works, Autodesk Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Professional Engineering license (strongly preferred).
- Experience with high-density data centers and hyperscale environments.
- Familiarity with medium and high voltage power distribution systems design.
