Job Title: Fabricator 1st shift
Job Duration: Direct hire
Pay rate: $52K –$58K USD yearly
Work Type: Onsite (Florence, KY. 41042)
Work Schedule: 1st Shift - M-T 4: 00am - 2: 30pm, Friday's for mandatory OT. (Schedule is flexible)

Overview/Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate metal fabricating machines, such as rolls, shears, saws, punch presses, metal flanges and benders, other machinery and hand tools are required, to cut, bend, roll, flange, seam weld and form plates, sheets and structural shapes as specified by layout, templates, and/or instructions
- Knowledge of basic Layout, Measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Detect unusual conditions or specific problems and report to proper supervision.
- Observe good housekeeping practices and follow prescribed safety precautions.
- Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
- Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels, and job requirement.
- Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process.
- Participate in failure investigations when relevant.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Entry level: 0-3 years’experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Basic blueprint reading. Ability to read.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with management and peers in a clear and professional manner.
- Efficient in basic computer skills: accessing and sending emails, completing online certifications and tests, etc.
