Position: Direct Hire Maintenance Technician Location: Greensboro, NC Pay: $30/hr - $33/hr 2nd Shift
Responsibilities: - Diagnose, plan, and perform all operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild and dismantle various types of complex manufacturing and support equipment. - Special focus on troubleshooting on controls systems, servo drives, motors, HMI’s and PLC’s on complex equipment - Perform preventative maintenance and other proactive activities to monitor and maintain equipment. - Troubleshoot and repair of Pneumatic Allen Bradley PLC systems, Process controls, and motors and controls. - Coordinate with other technicians, production supervisors, engineers, and other members of the company to communicate maintenance activities. - Coordinate with outside contractors, and service vendors for technical assistance. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive recommendations to implementation. - Complete or assist other technicians or support other special projects. - Comply with all regulatory and safety policies.
