In this highly visible role, you’ll synthesize data from multiple enterprise platforms—including Adobe Analytics / Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Data Lake, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)—to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You’ll work hands-on with large, complex datasets, build insight-driven dashboards, validate data integrity, and present findings to senior leadership.

This is an individual contributor position and does not have direct reports, but you will act as a mentor and thought leader to analytics peers across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze and report on performance across the clients' website and other guest-facing revenue channels to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved customer experience
  • Develop testable hypotheses and translate results into clear, data-backed recommendations
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and behavioral shifts across web and native mobile app experiences
  • Build and maintain insight-focused dashboards to track customer journeys and business performance
  • Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analyses
  • Support ROI reporting and ad-hoc analyses for cross-functional initiatives

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, marketing, product, and business teams to support data-driven decision-making
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders
  • Mentor and support peer analysts across multiple teams, sharing best practices and analytical approaches

Data & Platform Enablement

  • Support analytics tagging strategy, implementation, and validation to ensure reliable data collection
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), including data quality, identity resolution, and audience activation
  • Leverage experimentation tools (A/B testing) to evaluate and optimize digital experiences

  • Exceptional attention to detail, data intuition, and analytical rigor
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with analytics tagging solutions, including data layers and tag validation
  • Experience managing or enhancing a Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Redshift, MySQL)
