Key Responsibilities
- Source and vet candidates for permanent placement roles.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, from job intake to offer negotiation.
- Use ATS and recruiting platforms to manage pipeline activity.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their culture and needs.
- Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in direct hire recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with the construction or skilled trades industries is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches.
- Driven, competitive, and highly communicative.
