What You'll Do
Connect Top Talent with Great Opportunities
- Source, recruit, and engage highly qualified candidates for direct hire opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidate experience, skills, and career goals.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the hiring process.
- Build strong talent pipelines through referrals, networking, social media, job boards, and other sourcing methods.
Partner with Clients
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs, company culture, and hiring expectations.
- Attend client meetings and provide recruiting expertise and market insights.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
Drive Successful Placements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Facilitate candidate and client communication throughout the interview process.
- Assist with offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Help clients secure top talent while helping candidates advance their careers.
Stay Ahead of the Market
- Utilize recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, social media, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Stay informed on hiring trends, recruiting best practices, and local labor market conditions.
- Share insights and recommendations with leadership and clients.
Maintain Excellence
- Keep accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Support the team by contributing to recruiting goals and ongoing process improvements.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is relationship-driven, proactive, and excited about helping people find the right career opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-4 years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience recruiting exempt, professional, technical, healthcare, accounting, engineering, management, or other salaried professionals.
- Strong networking, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and Microsoft Office.
