Job Summary: As a Direct Hire Traveler Nurse, you will be responsible for assessingpatients, developinghome health care plans, communicatingplans to team members, implementingand re-assessingplans according to patient needs, team communications, and agency standards ensuring the confidentiality of patient information and patient rights.
