This program will offer premium rates and the chance for you to utilize your nursing skills in targeted specialties within South County Home Health. Experienced RNs will commit to 13-week assignments with a commitment to work 40 hours/week. Job Summary: As a Direct Hire Traveler Nurse, you will be responsible for assessingpatients, developinghome health care plans, communicatingplans to team members, implementingand re-assessingplans according to patient needs, team communications, and agency standards ensuring the confidentiality of patient information and patient rights. Minimum Qualifications: Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island Minimum 3 years of acute care experience Valid BLS from American Safety/American Heart Association Ability to work weekends and holidays Ability to work flexible shifts What is in it for you!
