Direct Marketing Director

The Direct Marketing Director is responsible for defining, optimizing, overseeing, and monitoring direct marketing processes in alignment with ecosystem leadership to achieve product and brand objectives that drive growth and provide real, measurable value to Colibri. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of direct marketing channel customer and prospect tactics, including list management, email, direct mail, direct marketing platform management, and compliance. This leader will be responsible for execution of digital and print campaigns in support of the ecosystems’ go to market strategies.

• Direct marketing channel strategy and facilitation
• List management (including automation and tracking)
• Email and print process optimization, governance & best practices
• Marketing vendor/contractor management & budgeting process
• Direct marketing channel technology selection, integration, optimization, governance and adoption
• Lead and develop a team of direct marketing employees and contractors
• Lead and develop a team of direct marketing employees and contractors 
• Support acquisition integration and new business development initiatives
• Provide channel reporting and analysis to inform ecosystem customers of performance

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in related job duties and essential functions; 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with a private company or large business unit, professional education experience is a plus.
• Experience running successful marketing teams in a high growth environment.
• Experience in an environment recognized for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
