Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and energetic entry level as well as seasoned Direct Marketing Leadership Professionals to join our team. This role isn't just about building relationships with customers. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Your responsibilities will include educating potential customers on current plans in the area, creating and submitting verification applications, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating customer needs, and verifying successful deals.

This is an entry level position tailored to a merit based business plan. What that means for you is that you'll start out entry level, continuing to develop your skills through our leadership training program. Responsibilities 

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Meet with potential and existing customers
• Meet or exceed designated individual and office targets
• Create and implement an effective outreach strategy
• Document all leads, contracts, and customer interactions in Customer Relationship Management tracking program
• Use best practices in negotiation and closing techniques to secure deals

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED not required
• Previous experience in outside sales a plus
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong overall communication skills
