Job Summary / Description:

This role is responsible for producing high-performing, compliant direct response copy for digital marketing campaigns in the financial sector. You will leverage performance data, CRO expertise, and structured research to craft and iterate winning copy frameworks across multiple channels. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical rigor and can adapt copy for ads, landing pages, listicles, and video scripts while navigating compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and iterate proven copy frameworks for new partners, offers, placements, and channels.

  • Develop short- and long-form creative assets, including headlines, ads, listicles, video scripts, and landing pages.

  • Execute mechanical punch-ups and structured variations to expand testing capacity.

  • Build and update offer-specific copy based on feedback and team direction.

  • Implement compliance-driven revisions across ads, pages, and scripts.

  • Develop new paid acquisition headlines and variations for Meta and Google campaigns.

  • Contribute new test ideas and competitive insights derived from market research and performance trends.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years writing performance-driven, direct response copy for financial digital campaigns.

  • Documented CRO experience optimizing creative over time.

  • Strong conceptual writing skills with structured research frameworks.

  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data using Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Compliance-trained with comfort working alongside compliance stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with LLMs for writing support while knowing when to avoid reliance.

  • Expertise with multiple financial products/services, including Credit Cards, Debt Consolidation, Banking Apps, HYSA, Checking Accounts, and Insurance.
