Job Title Direct Ship Planning AnalystReporting Manager, Direct ShipLocation Goleta, CA (Hybrid: 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday)The Role As the Direct Ship Planning Analyst, you'll own the end-to-end Direct Ship process for assigned accounts, operating independently on accounts with moderate to high complexity. You'll serve as a subject‑matter expert, providing guidance on processes and best practices to internal partners. Through proactive analysis, you'll identify and resolve disruptions, ensure data integrity, and maintain clear communication across teams. Your role is key in driving timely resolution of issues, maintaining visibility into account status, and ensuring actions are completed from start to finish.Responsibilities Conduct eligibility analysis and order conversion for assigned accountsTrack timely receipt of order candidatesAnalyze timing, consolidation, and eligibility criteria for Direct ShipConvert approved orders and maintain an accurate order bookMonitor production, shipping, and delivery statusProvide weekly reporting and tailored status updatesOwn issue identification, cross‑functional coordination, and resolutionPerform data analysis and utilize planning toolsExecute ad‑hoc and recurring analysesPresent insights and recommendations in cross‑functional forumsSupport account onboarding, system testing, and initiativesReview and integrate internal and external data for decision‑makingMaintain strong knowledge of available data sourcesCombine and reconcile data from multiple systemsIdentify key callouts, communicate risks or opportunities, and execute actionsLead account status and team communicationsConduct regular status discussions and weekly meetings with Sales RepresentativesShare key updates, risks, and action plansQualifications Bachelor's degree; supply chain management, planning, data, business analytics, merchandising or related field preferredExcel, Power BI, or other analytics‑related certifications a plusBring 3+ years of work experience in planning and/or data analysisHave supply planning or supply chain experience; wholesale, DTC, and/or retail experience a plusDemonstrate strong analytical capabilities with high attention to detail and data integrityExperienced with planning, order management, and/or ERP systems; strong proficiency in Excel and data reporting toolsSelf‑driven and organized, able to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitmentsAble to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast‑paced environmentSalary $66,000.00 - $89,100.00 (Goleta, California).
