No ABA Experience? No Problem!

No prior ABA experience is required.

We provide comprehensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based approach to understanding and improving behavior.

From your first day, you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support. You'll also have opportunities to grow your career by earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and working toward future advancement in the field, including opportunities to pursue a career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, community, and center-based settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based teaching strategies
• Collect accurate data and document client progress
• Support behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, school personnel, and other professionals
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all ethical and professional standards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• A positive, patient, and team-oriented attitude
