About Residential Concepts:

Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI) is a family-owned provider of residential and adult day support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. For over 30 years, we’ve focused on one core belief: every person deserves the opportunity to live a full, connected, and self-directed life. We are not a high-volume provider—our approach is built around smaller, more personal environments where individuals are supported with dignity, consistency, and respect. Our services are individualized, meaning each person receives supports based on their needs, goals, and authorized services. We provide residential services in community-based homes, where individuals are supported in building independence, developing daily living skills, and forming meaningful relationships. Our Adult Day Support program offers structured activities, skill-building opportunities, and community engagement for individuals who choose to participate. RCI also provides non-medical transportation as a separate service, available to individuals who are authorized to receive it, including transportation to and from the Adult Day Support program. Our approach is: Person-centered, not system-centered Relationship-driven, not task-driven Focused on independence, not dependency At RCI, we work closely with individuals, families, and support teams to ensure services reflect what truly matters to each person—and that those supports are delivered consistently. At RCI, the work is real. The expectations are clear. And the impact is visible.
