Position Overview

Village Caregiving is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients in the Weirton area.

In this role, you’ll help individuals maintain independence and quality of life by assisting with daily activities in a comfortable home setting.

No experience required – Paid training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Support mobility, including transfers and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with transportation for essential errands
• Communicate with supervisors and care teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Dependable and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Must meet pre-employment requirements
