    Direct Support Specialist (DSS) – Alice House Respite
           
            Winton Place  Cincinnati, OH 45232
            Part-Time 2nd Shift
            Every Other Weekend + Holiday Rotation Required
            Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance Required

    What You’ll Do
    As a Direct Support Specialist, you will:
    •  Provide personal care and companionship
    • Assist with daily living tasks, mobility, and hygiene
    • Participate in fun, engaging recreational activities
    • Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and families
    • Support each individual’s physical and emotional well-being
     
    Minimum Qualifications
    •  At least 18 years old
    •  High school diploma or GED
    • Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
    • Current auto insurance
