Kenean Healthcare is looking for dedicated and compassionate female and male to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. This is an incredible opportunity to provide support and care to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
• Encourage community involvement and participation in activities.
• Collaborate with a team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Good written and verbal communication
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• MAR certified
