Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to pass background check
Must be able to work various shifts including days and evenings or overnights because we operate 24 hours a day
Some weekend and holiday work will also be required
Responsibilities:
Actively support the daily living needs of adults with developmental disabilities
Create an environment that fosters physical, emotional, and social wellness, meeting the unique needs of each individual with empathy and compassion
Support individuals in expressing their preferences, abilities, and opinions, honoring their choices and promoting self-determination
