Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.What do Direct Support Professionals do?DSPs provide a variety of services to our residents, and duties vary from program to program, but may include (but are not limited to):Providing care giver services to our residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessaryTeaching and maintaining skillsCooking and feeding assistanceProviding support with hobbies, studies, and social activitiesMedication administrationAnd participating in fun recreational activities with residents!What skills do Direct Support Professionals need?No degree is required!
