Mileage reimbursement available for approved client transportation. Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day Friendly Connections is seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Community Support Workers, Direct Care Workers, and Disability Support Professionals to help individuals with disabilities and seniors live more independently and participate fully in their communities throughout New Jersey. This position is approximately 6 hours per week Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00pm - 3:00pm. The client needs guidance using the stove and oven, choosing healthy meals, and in cleaning their room and doing laundry. Would like assistance in encouraging and organizing their apartment and to do things. Also doesn't eat very well, so encouragement in a healthy diet is a plus.
