Title of Position: Direct Support Professional

Status: hourly

Location: Hamilton County

What We Offer:

Starting wage of $17 ($14 sleep rate for overnight staff); $18/hr if position is under 20hr/wk

MUST have VALID driver license

Time and a half overtime pay plus 8 double time holidays including Juneteenth

Paid Training which result in 2 certifications

Insurance benefit starting at 30+hrs

Basic Job Description:

The DSP (Direct Support Professional) helps people with developmental disabilities to live, learn, work and play in their communities. You are a part of a team that helps people live their best life possible. You will give direct care in their home and community.

What Do You Need Before Applying?

Must be 19 years or older

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Valid *NOT suspended* driver license; 4pts or less; minimum 3 years driving experience.

Can lift up to 50lbs

After Hire:

You will receive paid training and will obtain CPR/First Aid certification and Medication Administration certification.
