What You'll Do:As a Community Habilitation DSP, you will work one-on-one or in small groups to support individuals in achieving their personal goals and increasing their independence. Activities may include:Assisting with community errands and appointmentsEncouraging healthy lifestyles through outdoor exercise and recreationTeaching budgeting and financial management skillsSupporting participation in leisure and social activitiesAssisting with volunteer and community engagement opportunitiesPromoting self-confidence, decision-making, and relationship-buildingHelping individuals learn and practice daily living skillsEvery day is different, offering opportunities to make a meaningful impact while fostering growth and independence.
