Your daily work will include assisting with transportation, appointments, personal care, and routines while following individualized care plans, medication guidelines, and safety protocols to support overall well‑being.More than providing day‑to‑day assistance, DSPs are strong advocates-championing the rights, choices, and goals of the people they support.
