Compensation: $16 an hour -  Compensation increases with relevant and verifiable experience. We offer shift differentials for various applicable shift hours

Position description: 

• Direct Support Professionals are caregivers. No experience is necessary, training is provided.
• The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.
• DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance, bathing etc. On occasion, they will take individuals bowling or to the movies, and often join individuals at church or volunteer events.

The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Be a companion; learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community!

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D

Ohio Driver's License with less than 6 points

Must be willing to drive company vans to transport individuals (training provided)
