The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our mission-driven team on 3rd shift. In this role, you’ll support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in living full, empowered, and independent lives at home and in the community.

Position Details

• Providing respectful, person-centered support with daily living tasks

• Assisting with personal care (ambulation, bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.)

• Supporting social, recreational, and community engagement

• Preparing meals and completing household tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.)

• Transporting individuals to appointments or outings safely

• Encouraging independence and goal achievement

• Accurately documenting activities, incidents, and progress

• Communicating professionally with team members, families, and individuals served

• Attending required paid training and team meetings

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (fewer than 6 points)

• Proof of auto insurance

• Ability to pass BCI/FBI background checks and required screenings
