KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support individuals with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparationAdminister medications as directedProvide transportation to medical appointments, community events, and social outingsEnsure a safe, clean, and welcoming home environmentMaintain accurate documentation and track progress toward personal goalsPromote independence, dignity, and inclusion in everyday life QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication skills and a nurturing demeanorWillingness to work flexible hours and reside on-site during scheduled shiftsPrior experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a plusHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicleMust pass background checks and drug screeningFamiliarity with 6400 regulations is advantageousSuccessful completion of motor vehicle records and background check.
