$1000 Hiring Bonus available through 08/31/2026Bonus paid in 3 installments for successfully hired candidates. Job Summary Direct Support Professionals(DSPs) provide daily support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, helping them live independently, safely, and meaningfully in their communities. This is a rewarding entry-level healthcare and human services role with paid training and growth opportunities. No prior experiencerequired. Key Responsibilities Support individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household routines Assistwith personal care, hygiene, and medication support according to training and care plans Transport andaccompanyindividuals to appointments, work, errands, and community activities Encourage independence, social engagement, hobbies, and personal interests Support individuals in learning life skills, job skills, and community participation Complete habilitation activities andrequireddocumentation accurately and on time Follow all health, safety, behavioral, and individual support plans Required Qualifications Must be at least 19years of age High school diploma or GED Valid drivers license and current auto insurance Reliable vehicle for transportation during shifts Ability to pass required background checks Ability to complete job-related training and certifications No degree or prior experiencerequired. Paid training is provided. Schedule and Location Full-time and Part-time positions available Available shifts include days, evenings, asleep or awake overnights and weekends. Our Schedules do require at least one weekend shift.
