Direct Support Professional DSP

We’re hiring reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities through our Supported Living Services (SLS) program.

Responsibilities:

• Help clients with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, transportation).

• Support with housing searches, move-in coordination, and maintaining stable housing.

• Assist with job searches, applications, and building work skills.

• Teach and model independent living and problem-solving skills.

• Help clients navigate community resources (IHSS, SSI, food banks, etc.).

• Provide health and safety support, medication reminders, and crisis response.

• Complete daily service logs and communicate updates to supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and insurance.

• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).

• Able to pass DOJ background check.

• Compassionate, patient, and professional.

Pay: $19–$21/hour (based on experience)

Location: Altadena/Pasadena Area

Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts available (24-hour rotation coverage)
