About the Role<\/b>

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Staff<\/b> to work with boys ages 6–18<\/b> in a structured group home setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children in a group home environment and a strong commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and positive atmosphere.

Requirements:<\/b>

• Prior experience working with children in a group home setting (required)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card<\/b> (required)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with 5 -year driving record
  <\/p><\/li>

• Must be able to pass a pre -employment drug screening and background check
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Preferred Certifications:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • First Aid & CPR
    <\/p><\/li>

  • CPI or Prevention & Support Training
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Compensation:<\/b>

    • Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour<\/b> (based on experience)
