    Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover | Residential Services | [Location] | [Shift]

    The Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover provides person-centered support to individuals in residential, clinical, vocational, and day program settings. This role helps promote independence, health, safety, and community integration while supporting a variety of program locations based on organizational needs.

    What Youll Do

    • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs.
    • Support health management, appointments, and implementation of care plans.
    • Monitor safety and provide appropriate supervision and intervention
    • Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
    • Support community involvement, social activities, and personal goal.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and a safe environment.
    • Travel between and support multiple Hope Network locations as needed.

    What Youll Bring

    Preferred:

    • Experience in caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
    • CPR/First Aid certification

    Required:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Valid drivers license
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
    • Must be able to travel/float to various sites on an ongoing basis
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate program needs
