Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover | Residential Services | [Location] | [Shift]

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover provides person-centered support to individuals in residential, clinical, vocational, and day program settings. This role helps promote independence, health, safety, and community integration while supporting a variety of program locations based on organizational needs.
What You'll Do
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs.
Support health management, appointments, and implementation of care plans.
Monitor safety and provide appropriate supervision and intervention
Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
Support community involvement, social activities, and personal goal.
Maintain accurate documentation and a safe environment.
Travel between and support multiple Hope Network locations as needed.

Flexible and willing to support changing program needs and schedules
What You'll Bring
Preferred:
Experience in caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
CPR/First Aid certification
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Basic computer skills
Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
Must be able to travel/float to various sites on an ongoing basis
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate program needs
