What You'll Do as a Direct Support Professional
- Support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in daily living skills
- Encourage independence, safety, and community engagement
- Provide compassionate, reliable, team-oriented support
- Foster positive, meaningful life experiences for the individuals we serve
️ Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Valid Maine driver's license & insurable
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel
- Must attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings
