About the Role:
Thriving Together Support Services in Greenfield, IN is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support individuals in community integration, social activities, and recreational outings
• Administer medications and document care accurately in compliance with care plans
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and behavioral support strategies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding client progress
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for all clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in caregiving, direct support, or human services preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
