Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in daily living activities and promote independence.
- Document and track client progress and behavior in compliance with care plans.
- Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed treatments.
- Engage clients in recreational and social activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to coordinate care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering trust and rapport.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
