Direct Support Professional III

Pay: $25/hour-weekday shifts. $27/hour-weekend shifts (Sat & Sun)

Schedule: Wednesday 5:30pm-8:30pm, Thursday 5:30pm-9:30pm, Friday 5:30pm-8:30pm and one Saturday per month (4hr shift- time is flexible)

Join Seven Hills Foundation as a Direct Support Professional providing one-to-one support in a private home.

In this role, you will help individuals with disabilities build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and maintain a safe and supportive home environment while partnering with their caregivers.

What You'll Do:

• Provide person-centered support in a private home and the community

• Implement Individual Support Plans, behavior supports, and therapeutic routines

• Assist with life skills, household responsibilities, and community activities

• Coordinate medical appointments and support overall health and wellness

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, clinicians, and team members

• Document services and maintain confidential records in accordance with agency standards

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required

• Standard driver's license - class C or class D

• 1 - 3 years of experience in direct support, disability services, or related areas
