Your responsibilities may include:Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care needsHelping prepare meals and encouraging healthy routinesAssisting with feeding when necessaryTeaching and reinforcing practical life skillsSupporting participation in recreational, social, and community activitiesEncouraging individuals to make choices and develop greater independenceProviding support during appointments, outings, and other activitiesCreating a positive, respectful, and welcoming environmentWhether you're helping someone prepare a meal at home, practice an important life skill, or participate in an activity in the community, your support helps make greater independence possible.What We're Looking ForYou don't need to have years of experience to make a difference.
