Are you a night warrior wanting to make a difference? Come to Saratoga Bridges to be a difference maker! We are seeking kindhearted people, who love to help others. We are the Arc in Saratoga County; we help people with developmental disabilities live their best lives. In this case, get the best night's sleep they could have. If you have no experience working with people who have a developmental disability, we will provide you with paid training.

Our overnights disinfect the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. They may help catching up on laundry. They make sure breakfast is set up for the morning and that everyone has a lunch made during the week. They also do bed checks and help people to the bathroom. In the morning, they help the people get up, washed, dressed and then breakfast and meds.
