What You'll Do- Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs
- Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and community activities
- Encourage independence while helping individuals achieve their personal goals
- Build trusting relationships with individuals and their families
- Complete accurate daily documentation
- Protect the rights, dignity, and safety of every individual served

Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass Pennsylvania background checks and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
