We're hiring Live-In Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care, support, and companionship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, etc.)Assist with medication administrationDrive individuals to appointments, social activities, and community outingsMaintain a safe, clean, and positive living environmentDocument services provided and monitored progress toward individual goalsBe a role model and advocate for independence and dignity EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Strong communication skills and a caring attitudeAbility to work flexible hours and live on-site during scheduled shifts.Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferredHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentValid Driver's License and reliable vehicleMust pass background check and drug screeningExperience with 6400 regulations is a plusSuccessful completion of motor vehicle records and background check.
