Description
Holley Child Care and Development Center is a 24-hour long-term intensive treatment residential facility for high-risk and behavioral-challenged children ages 8-15.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activities • Play an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth's structured routine while collaborating with youth's case manager, clinician, and prescriber • Engage and interact with youth based on behavioral intervention plans • Maintain a clean, safe environment • Observing, documenting, and acknowledging positive behaviors • Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health, etc.), Psychology preferred • Preference to those interested in enrolling in an MSW program, to achieve growth within the agency • 1 year or more with a high school diploma working with youth in a behavioral group setting • Must have a valid drivers license
Schedule:
• Weekdays or Weekends • Part time or On-Call shifts
