This position includes sleep shifts, allowing you to earn a full-time income while maintaining a 4-day "weekend" every single week.

In this role, you aren't just an employee-you are a mentor helping individuals achieve independence and fulfillment. You will:
Promote Independence: Assist clients with daily activities like grocery shopping, cooking, and errands.
Provide Quality Care: Support clients with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including two-person transfers and Hoyer lift use).
Goal Setting: Help clients reach personal milestones in social integration and daily living.
Community Connection: Transport clients to local appointments and community events.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
Physical ability to assist with client transfers.
