We are looking for a caring and dependable individual to provide in-home and community-based support. This role focuses on assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and encouraging meaningful community involvement in a supportive and respectful environment.


Job Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community support
• Assist with daily activities such as meals and household tasks
• Offer guidance and encouragement to support daily routines
• Help build and maintain independent living skills
• Provide transportation to appointments and community outings

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
